This renovation project has a triple-A location with fantastic sea views on
the Mediterranean Sea. The building consist of an already existing structure
whose entire ground floor can be renovated. The ground floor has a total
surface area of +/- 2.000 m² and the useful use of the premises is 1.370 m².
The change of use from commercial to residential is permitted by the current
P.G.O.U. (General Urban Development Plan). Several project proposals have
already been drawn up. Depending on the desired return/yield up to 16
apartments or a mix between residential and commercial can be
