This project land is part of an overall project on a 28,086 m² site of which
the 1st phase has already been completed and sold. This architectural
project was designed by François Spoerry, the world famous architects of
Port Grimaud, and consists of 18 detached buildings with 143 flats,
20 commercial units and accompanying underground car parks.
This development is located in the southeast of the island of Mallorca just
about 200 m from the sea and within a gated community. Phase 1 comprises
