This project land has fantastic sea views on the Mediterranean Sea,
the surrounding mountains and golf courses. A plan for the construction
of 200+, “zero waste” apartments is currently being processed in
consultation with urban planning departments, making this the first
ecological project in the region. The total area of the site is about
23.756 m² and consists of 2 cadastral plots on which a building volume
(residential) of about 25.470 m² is envisaged. The size of the plots allow
for phased construction in 3 separate phases which obviously spreads the
risk.
