This golf and residential project is situated in front of a mountain and has
fantastic views of the Mediterranean coastline. This + 50 ha plot has planning
approval, granted prior to changes in regulations to construct with a building
allowance of +100k m², a golf course, clubhouse, hotel, commercial, and +600
residential homes. A lot of technical problems need to be solved in order to
maintain a full operational license. The residential development includes
apartments, semi-detached and detached villas. Internal roads and part of the
infrastructure are already built. This project is one of only a few golf course
developments with permission for residential tourist development in Andalusia.
